As President & CEO of DACHSER USA, Frank Guenzerodt oversees the continuing expansion of the company’s U.S. logistics network of branch offices and service offerings. Since joining the corporation in 2004, he has led the company’s strategic growth program to increase its footprint in the USA for greater reach and value for customers.
Under his direction, company revenue continues to expand, from $11 million in 2004 to $120 million in 2011 and over $181 million in 2016. Mr. Guenzerodt’s anticipates further revenue growth as he positions the company to gain market share in different vertical industries, expand its footprint in key U.S. regions, strengthen its U.S. infrastructure and capacities, and open new office locations to support expanding business.
With over 30 years of transportation experience, Mr. Guenzerodt is known throughout the industry for his logistics knowledge and business acumen and is often interviewed for his opinions and foresights. Previous to working at DACHSER, he held several management positions at multinational freight forwarders including the U.S. headquarters of a Belgium-based forwarding and logistics company where he was charged with all U.S. operations. Mr. Guenzerodt also served in positions of increasing responsibility including international sales manager, branch manager and, ultimately, as a management executive for one of the top freight forwarding companies.
In 1986, Mr. Guenzerodt moved to the United States from Hamburg, Germany, after completing his apprenticeship with a bachelor degree in international freight forwarding and logistics. He is based at DACHSER USA Regional Office in Atlanta.
